One of our statement making gowns, this bubblegum pink satin dress is sure to turn heads.  It is meticulously hand beaded in jet-black faceted drops on the front of the gown and on the cape.  The shoulders are highlighted with black contrasting grosgrain bows, leading down to the incredible cape back.  Inspired by kitschy 50s style gowns and retro Vegas showgirls, the pink satin and contrasting black is that perfect two-tone colour combo that makes us think of vintage Cadillacs.  Pair yours with our long opera length gloves and feathery headpiece for a truly red-carpet worthy look.

As this dress is made to order, please allow 4 weeks for it to be shipped.

Returns

We would like to emphasize that each item offered for sale, excluding those marked as on sale or in stock, is meticulously handcrafted specifically for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you make a thoughtful and informed decision when placing an order with us.

If you receive a handmade item that does not meet your expectations or does not fit as desired, we are pleased to provide you with two options, as outlined below:

  1. Return Option: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received. The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, please email us within the 14 days, providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. The customer is also responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

    Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  2. Alteration Service: Alternatively, you have the option to return your item to us for professional alterations, available for a nominal fee of £20. Please be aware that the feasibility of this service is contingent upon the extent of alterations required. Kindly contact us at Info@natalieandalanna.com to discuss your alteration needs before returning your item.

For either of the above options, we require that you initiate the return process within 14 working days of receiving your item. If you intend to return your item for store credit, it must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, including intact swing tags. Please send an email to us with your order number in the subject line, specifying either "Credit" or "Alteration."

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or one that does not align with your customization request (a rare occurrence), please contact us at info@natalieandalanna.com. We will request photographic evidence, which our dedicated team will thoroughly review and address on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that while we offer free postage and packaging for your initial order, any expenses associated with returning items to us will be the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error with your order. In such cases, we will refund the postage charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and/or signed-for delivery service when returning items to safeguard against loss or delays.
